Do You Ever...

Frame your Grandmothers recipes? I love how old it is...love her handwriting...love the little red check marks next to each ingredient. I think about her making this Cranberry Nut bread. She made it all the time around the holidays. I make it every year now too.  I keep a picture of her next to it...and that's my handmade flower Will made me for Mother's day. My Nana has been gone now for 21 years...I still miss her. But, I love looking at this every day.  I love letters and recipes in frames...don't put them away in a box!

  2. What a beautiful idea. I've kept the cards my late grandmothers sent. I'd still recognize their handwriting anywhere.

But most of all, I love that picture of your grandma. Who could help loving a lady with a smile like that?
Our grandmas make such impressions on who we are as adults. Weird, isn't it?
