10 on 10..My Version

7:30...cranky. Wants to be held while I make breakfast and lunches for the kids. Notice the Birthday sign still up 3 days later.

8:30...my breakfast and plugging it into my new App..LoseIt!

9:30....Griffy is finally ready to sit and eat his breakfast along with Barney.

10:30...out. This is early for his nap but he was up way too much last night.

11:30...while Griffy still sleeps I finish my stock from last nights roast chicken.

12:30...Griffy is waking up..but I was able to make out my list and get organized for 40 bags in 40 days...following Sarah !

1:30...emptied my dishwasher. I'm trying so hard to only run it once a day after my HUGE oil bill.

2:30...Griffy and I went out for some fresh air and greeted Will coming home from school.

3:30...making Kale soup for dinner.

4:30...downstairs on the treadmill for a half hour. Hannah watches Griffy for me. :)

5:30...driving Hannah to ballet.

That's my day. 10 photos for 10 hours on the 10th.

  1. Love Lose It. Love. It's been very helpful to me in pinpointing where, exactly, I run in to trouble. (That would be: soft pretzel places; every night after 7pm.) Hint: I created a "food" called "Miscellaneous Tastes" for 50 calories and when I'm either out and can't calculate at that second, or cooking a lot of things I need to keep tasting for salt, etc., it's a good way to keep track of that. Then I can either go back later and fill in the right thing, or just leave it if I have to and at least it keeps me honest. Good luck with it!

  3. That App sounds GREAT! I'm going to check it out. Griffy looks so cozy sleeping. I love seeing the sign that says Boston in the background when you're taking Hannah to ballet. Weird I know, but I just have this fascination with Boston. So much history to see where you live.

  5. I'll have to get that App. I had the WW one but I don't really want to pay that much/month when I'm pregnant since I'm not going to actually lose weight, lol. We are also doing 40 bags for 40 days :) Your day looks great!

  6. I need that app. Then only I can see the crap I eat all day. I tried on some capris today, and it wasn't pretty, friend.
I love that first picture. Oh, Baby Boy!

  13. Oh Pam, my day would have faltered with the desire to crawl right back in and wrap myself around that sweet baby and just read while he slept. It's so hard to resist don't you think?

  14. Great idea. Loved the photos of your life. And if it makes you feel better, our birthday banner was up an entire month after the big day. You are dear Pam! Love checking in on you.

  15. Love this! Pam, I'm so happy to go through your day with you. I feel like the only thing missing is me stopping in for a cup of that good Earl Grey tea you had pictured. I've had sick children and haven't been at your kitchen sink enough lately! I'm glad I came here this morning :) XXXOOO Eileen
