That last picture makes me dizzy as well. Love your pictures, and I so wish I had Instagram. The museum looks really great! Boyd would love it there. :)
I've been reading, but haven't commented in a while. Love all the pictures! Griffin's gotten so big. I've been wanting to try instagram.
Also, wanted to let you know that Peter Abraham came into the world on 12/29. He's perfect, and I thank God I have him every day. It was blogs like yours showing me "older" moms having babies that motivated me to do it. Thank God we did!! I haven't had the desire to blog myself anymore, but I wanted to let you know.
Pam, You are going to love "Tender is the Night". Some say it's characters are based on Gerald and Sara Murphy--specifically Sara. If you do not know about the Murphy's, do some quick research before reading. And, I've promised myself to read more classics this year and just downloaded Fitzgerald's "This Side of Paradise" for free on my iPad. Can't wait to get to that one! And, I really liked the "Imperfectly Perfect Home". No photos, all drawings, but I loved it because I have seen many of these rooms on the net before in photos. Happy reading!
I would like details on this spooner thing. We need another gift for Henry and maybe this would be fun! Your pictures always make me feel cozy. Glad you had a good holiday. Love instagram too.
please tell me these blissful photos of family fun time were from the week prior?! i ask b/c last week was not exactly a pretty one around here - once last tuesday came around, we were all feeling pretty resentful to be back to reality!! ... what a wonderful break it was - it was so tough to give it up!!
Hi there! I'm a wife to a great guy. When we met I told him I wanted to stay home and raise kids. He has let me do just that. And now 19 years, 4 kids, and 7 moves later we've started another adventure. We just moved to Paris! I like wearing aprons and pearls and am usually roasting something in the oven. I would happily go back to the 1950's but I'd miss the internet too much. This is a blog about my life.
Love that first photo. . .did you pick up the nose in the dollar spot at Target? Thats where I found them!
ReplyDeleteYou must have had a longer break from school than we did. The kids went back on Tuesday, kinda wish there had been more days to play games and such!
Loved the Paris Wife. One of my favorite books of the year.
