Wish I was there to help you! Are you painting it red or white? I cannot tell which color is new or old. Knowing you, it'll all be in order and beautiful within the next 24 hours. :)
Dianne it's called Red Red Wine..I loved the name! I'm painting the dresser black right now.. wish I could get all the chairs painted black as well..will show the after pictures if I get it all done!!
Pam!! Love the color...you know my favorite! Wish I was there too...we'd help you get it done in no time, or you and Dianne can paint, and I'll cook and watch Griffy. Happy Thanksgiving dear friend! xoxo
good luck, pam! though i'm sure you won't need it as you will whip everything together and it will be lovely! i remember one year when i was grocery shopping at 11 pm for everything...and it was 36 hours before mealtime. that's when the kids were tiny. i think i drank some wine to calm my nerves ;) no matter what, enjoy the time with your family...xoxo. i also ♥ the chandys!
Looks like it will be fabulous! Is it just your immediate family or is company coming? With company I'd be stressed, just my kids & hubby no worries! Hope you post pics when it's done!
You just need to go away for a weekend! And then you'll come back and it will be all done! I laughed so hard at your comment on my blog today. Maybe that was why I was so tired when I got home?
go Pam go! It's looking great & you have the hard part done. I always take on extra projects like this before entertaining and I always get stressed! :)
You're as bad as me. I've been painting all week, and we have about thirty people coming over on Thurs. You're dining room is looking beautiful!!!! I put the cranberry recipe in the comment section of my blog :)
Yes, I would be stressed! I always need a little pressure to get my projects done! I know one thing: you will def. be ready for Christmas! Enjoy your family & have a Happy Thanksgiving! hugs, Cathy
Pam... (yes, I think I would be stressed) but this room is going to be GORGEOUS! I LOVE the wall color you have chosen (AND the name!) ;) and I can just picture how wonderful the black furniture will look... one day soon. (Is your kitchen table big enough to have Thanksgiving dinner?...it doesn't really matter WHERE you eat...right?...just as long at you are together :) Happy Thanksgiving to you, Steve, Steven, Hannah, Will and Griffy. xoxoxoxo Sandi
Hi there! I'm a wife to a great guy. When we met I told him I wanted to stay home and raise kids. He has let me do just that. And now 19 years, 4 kids, and 7 moves later we've started another adventure. We just moved to Paris! I like wearing aprons and pearls and am usually roasting something in the oven. I would happily go back to the 1950's but I'd miss the internet too much. This is a blog about my life.
Wish I was there to help you! Are you painting it red or white? I cannot tell which color is new or old. Knowing you, it'll all be in order and beautiful within the next 24 hours. :)

It will be great! Just think of the end results. You'll get it done, and if you don't...your family doesn't care if they eat in a half painted room :)
