I had to laugh becau...OH I'm so happy for you! I had to laugh because I took pictures of some of the same locations... hmm the flowers were closed up tight and the outdoor seating at the cafes was EMPTY... what a difference the absence of rain, a bit of sunshine, and 35 degrees can make.
